Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the CRM platform and driving communication strategy, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage the architecture, governance, and data flows of the CRM system while ensuring messaging health and compliance across a multi-brand ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CRM/ESP platform architecture, including segmentation, data models, and standards for usage
• Define governance for scalable and compliant messaging across brands, including consent and frequency capping
• Conduct hands-on analysis of messaging and customer data to identify gaps and drive improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a formal product management role or 10 years of deep hands-on CRM/ESP experience plus 2+ years in a PM role
• Expertise with an ESP/CRM platform such as HubSpot, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven email deliverability expertise, including knowledge of authentication and sender reputation
• Experience with privacy and consent regulations relevant to messaging (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business goals and technical constraints into product decisions
