Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
To support an operations-driven product team, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage internal process improvements, collaborate with various teams to identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure successful adoption of new tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, and other teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support user acceptance testing by organizing test cycles and tracking issues/defects
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with productivity and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Basic analytical skills and eagerness to learn data interpretation for decision support
