Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Product Manager will define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities, collaborate with ML and engineering teams, and ensure product quality and user trust in AI-powered applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities, translating model behavior and technical constraints into product decisions
• Work closely with ML, backend, and client engineers on system design and iteration while establishing evaluation frameworks
• Drive execution through clear specifications and prioritization, ensuring AI systems behave predictably and maintain high reliability

Required qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals and system design skills
• Significant experience owning complex, technical products end-to-end, particularly with AI-powered systems
• Hands-on experience with model evaluation, experimentation, and iteration in AI systems
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements and executable plans
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in uncertain environments
