Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and roadmap, the full-time Senior Technical Product Manager will focus on AI infrastructure resilience, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to enhance GPU cluster operations and automate investigations into workload failures, while working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for AI infrastructure resilience, partnering with engineering on architecture and execution
• Identify gaps in GPU cluster operations with customers and partners, defining platform capabilities to address them
• Lead community engagement for open-source platform projects, including contribution models and developer adoption

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, software engineering, or site reliability engineering with a focus on technical infrastructure products
• Technical depth in GPU or AI infrastructure, including knowledge of GPU failure modes and operational requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior technical customers and translate operational requirements into product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
