Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product direction and delivery of Leap's data platform, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage intake processes, prioritize cross-team requests, and ensure the successful delivery of data integrations and reliability in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the intake process for Data Engineering, ensuring clear submission of requests and visibility into prioritization decisions
- Translate prioritized needs into clear problem statements and requirements, coordinating dependencies across teams for timely project delivery
- Maintain a working understanding of the data stack and define product requirements for ingestion engines and data quality
Required Qualifications
- Experience owning technical products or programs involving data platforms, infrastructure, or integrations
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake
- Experience managing intake and prioritization across multiple teams with competing needs
- Ability to reason about system architecture and explain the impact of technical choices on delivery and reliability
- Practical experience using AI tools for analysis, technical investigation, and documentation
