Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading product engagements end-to-end, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage relationships with NGO partners, translate their needs into actionable roadmaps, and drive execution with the engineering team while building dashboards and data pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface with 3-4 NGO partners, building trust and translating needs into product roadmaps
- Define and drive product roadmaps, running agile sprints and shipping critical features
- Coach partner organization staff and contribute to TAF's internal playbook, documenting effective engagement frameworks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, or tech consulting
- Experience shipping AI/LLM product features, data pipelines, or production APIs
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to build data pipelines and dashboards
- Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative methods for problem definition and effectiveness measurement
- Fluency in agile methodologies, including managing sprints and backlog grooming
