Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Working fully remote in a full-time capacity, the Technical Product Manager will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to transform ambiguous business goals into clear product specifications and deliver software products for a hosting platform.
Key responsibilities
- Convert ambiguous business goals into clear problem statements, product specs, and backlog items
- Own features from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration, while collaborating with engineering on technical delivery
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and data, while monitoring product performance using analytics and operational metrics
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of product management experience in a technical or infrastructure-heavy environment
- Hands-on experience running game servers, including setup, modding, and troubleshooting
- Deep involvement in user-generated content gaming communities
- Experience working directly with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including CI/CD workflows and version control
