Job Summary
Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time Technical Product Manager will shape product strategy and execution for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), focusing on modernization efforts and technical solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product development by collaborating with researchers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful products and services
- Translate ACF leadership's policy and program requirements into actionable technical solutions, adapting plans as priorities evolve
- Facilitate team ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog of validated user stories while applying lean and agile principles
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in developing product strategies that prioritize outcomes and include clear success criteria

- Technical fluency to navigate system architecture, APIs, and data modeling, making informed product decisions
- Experience applying service design methods to identify pain points and streamline processes
