Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Own the labeling tools roadmap, setting direction for medical imaging annotation and web labeling
- Lead sprint planning and execution, managing backlog grooming and release planning for labeling tools
- Prototype new annotation workflows and ship smaller features while integrating feedback from labelers and customers
Required qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on background with experience in the codebase
- 3+ years of experience owning a technical product surface, with 5+ years for Senior level candidates
- Proven track record of running sprints and triaging for an engineering team
- Fluency with AI tools and experience in building with them
- Strong ability to navigate both technical and product discussions effectively
