Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Technical Product Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the product direction and technical architecture of the global Events and Meetings platform, including defining the product vision, leading technical discovery, and managing AI-enabled capabilities while collaborating with various stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the global Events and Meetings platform based on stakeholder discovery
• Lead technical product discovery by mapping workflows, identifying friction points, and testing hypotheses through rapid prototyping
• Own measurable business outcomes for the product, including compliance adherence and attendee experience, while driving user adoption across global event teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 7+ years of technology or product experience, with at least 3 years in product ownership or management of enterprise products
• Demonstrated experience with generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation in real products or workflows
• Ability to engage technically with engineers regarding APIs, integration patterns, and data models
• Proven ability to learn and build credibility in regulated domains quickly, such as pharma or HCP engagement
