Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Product Manager will define, build, and deliver healthcare data products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex data and interoperability challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap priorities for interoperability and data platform areas, aligning with company strategy and customer needs
- Translate complex customer and technical problems into clear product requirements and manage the product backlog throughout the development lifecycle
- Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows and data needs, translating these insights into scalable product capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health technology
- Experience with technical products such as APIs, data platforms, or complex enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements
- Experience partnering closely with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of evolving CMS interoperability requirements and relevant industry standards
