Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Owner to guide development teams and implement enterprise standards in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead one or more SCRUM teams and facilitate meetings throughout all SDLC phases
- Coordinate with Project Managers on release and solution management, ensuring functional completeness of deliverables
- Engage in product design and analysis of technical requirements while promoting Agile development practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience in healthcare
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT for product or project development
- 3+ years of experience as a SCRUM Master, SAFE certified, or equivalent knowledge of Agile frameworks
- 3+ years of experience managing the SDLC with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and an understanding of facilitation techniques
