Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
Supporting a ServiceNow development team in a Scaled Agile environment, the contract Technical Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and facilitate communication between business and technical teams while working remotely from Eagan, Minnesota.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies within the SAFe framework
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience or 7+ years with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year
- Strong Business Analyst experience supporting Agile software development teams
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and development lifecycle
- Ability to write and manage user stories and requirements documentation
