Technical Product Owner
Job Summary
Supporting a ServiceNow development team in a remote contract role, the Technical Product Owner will manage stakeholder engagement, translate business needs into user stories, and facilitate Agile ceremonies within a Scaled Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and backlog items
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
Required qualifications
- Strong Business Analyst experience supporting Agile software development teams
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe or similar) environment
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and development lifecycle
- Ability to write and manage user stories and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
