Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

Leading the development and commercialization of innovative digital solutions for federal customers, the full-time Technical Product Owner will manage the entire product lifecycle, engage with clients, and guide cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, development, and evolution of digital products from concept to deployment, establishing product visions and success measures
• Engage directly with federal customers to understand their operational challenges and translate needs into technical requirements and priorities
• Guide technical architecture and integration strategies while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical product management or product ownership delivering software products and digital solutions
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery to ongoing improvement
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate complex operational challenges into effective technical solutions
• Experience leading agile technical teams and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations
• Technical fluency to lead discussions on architecture, integration, and security with engineers and stakeholders
