Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Product Owner will define, manage, and deliver product requirements within an AI-first, spec-driven development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Director to align initiatives with the broader product roadmap and priorities
- Translate business and technical needs into structured, implementation-ready specifications
- Own the lifecycle of specifications, including creation, refinement, and validation using tools like Kiro
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience translating business needs into product requirements and scalable solutions
- Minimum of 3+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment with accountability for product clarity and readiness
- Hands-on experience with development and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub
- Prior experience with AWS-based cloud solutions and AI capabilities
