Job Summary
To support mission-critical IT modernization initiatives for the FDA, the full-time Technical Product Owner will manage and prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, and translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, requirements, and delivery priorities
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demonstrations in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT, software development, or technical product management
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in enterprise application development
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Java, .NET, Angular, or similar enterprise application technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
