Job Summary
Delivering configuration solutions and driving automation initiatives, the full-time Technical Product Specialist will support modernization efforts and collaborate with business and technology teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide configuration expertise for Facets applications and recommend effective technical solutions based on production incidents and enhancement requests
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions aligned with customer expectations
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement in healthcare platform environments
Required qualifications
- Strong experience configuring and supporting Facets within a U.S. Healthcare environment
- Hands-on experience with Node.js development and AWS services, including AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, and Amazon SNS
- Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization
- Experience analyzing production issues and implementing sustainable solutions
- Knowledge of healthcare payer operations and experience gathering business requirements
