Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading large-scale application development and modernization programs, the remote Technical Program Manager will manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination while focusing on Java Microservices and AWS technologies on a W2 contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Java Microservices and AWS-based transformation programs, managing project planning, scope, timelines, and budget
- Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution, including sprint planning, governance, and status reporting while tracking program KPIs and delivery milestones
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management
- Proven expertise in Java Microservices and AWS technologies
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in managing large-scale application development and modernization programs
- Ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders for project updates and outcomes
