Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving value delivery for technical programs and special projects, the full-time Technical Program Manager on the Physical Infrastructure team will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data center build-outs, hardware deployment, and operational initiatives while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program delivery, including prioritization, planning, risk management, and execution
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and infrastructure teams to improve processes and deliver value
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met

Required qualifications

• Experience in project or delivery management, particularly in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of risk management and the ability to capture and address risks effectively
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with physical infrastructure and data center operations is a plus
