Leading initiatives that directly impact products and customers, the full-time Technical Program Manager will establish scalable systems, drive cross-functional project execution, and manage stakeholder communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery
• Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and programs
• Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing timelines and team deadlines

Required qualifications

• Experience in program management or related roles within high-performing product companies
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Proven track record of organizing, implementing, and managing complex programs and projects
• Ability to navigate trade-offs and balance competing priorities
• Deep interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience is valued but not required
