Job Summary
Leading enterprise-scale technical initiatives, the fully remote contract Technical Program Manager will drive cross-functional programs, manage risks and budgets, and facilitate executive-level discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee program scope, timelines, budget, and risks across multiple teams
- Facilitate technical design discussions and provide clear recommendations to executive stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in technology or product-driven environments
- Strong technical knowledge in system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep understanding of risk management and executive stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and MS Project
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
