Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage internal tooling initiatives, oversee a technical roadmap, and build strong relationships across teams to enhance operational maturity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between operational teams, engineering resources, and third-party providers to improve internal tooling solutions
- Develop and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to drive operational efficiencies
- Analyze business processes and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in Program Management focused on Operations or Technology
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and business process improvement initiatives
- PMP certification or related project/program management certification preferred
