Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of defense and aerospace programs, the hybrid remote Technical Program Manager will manage program lifecycles from proposal through contract closeout, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee financial performance and compliance documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Support scheduling, action-item tracking, and documentation while managing full program lifecycles
- Coordinate communications between engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, directing teams across various disciplines
- Track budgeted versus actual costs and lead risk strategy and audit readiness across a portfolio
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master's preferred for senior levels
- Basic to expert understanding of hardware/software development cycles and compliance frameworks (ITAR, CMMC)
- 5 to 15+ years of progressive technical program management experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or government contracting
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or higher clearance
