Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex engineering projects, the full-time salaried Technical Program Manager in Data Center Services will manage project schedules, coordinate design and construction efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of capital projects, with the option for remote work in Kansas.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the development of integrated project delivery strategies and communicate them to internal teams and stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate design, construction, and capital project support for data center operations
• Develop and manage procurement, off-site fabrication, and operational turnover processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in construction management or engineering management, with 5 years in facilities focused on data centers or similar environments
• 10 years of experience in infrastructure planning, capacity strategy, or technical program management in the technology industry
• 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure
• Proven record in managing cross-functional programs and large-scale projects
