Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Managing spacecraft programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee the entire program lifecycle, from proposal development to launch, while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Execute spacecraft programs covering proposal development, kickoff, development, testing, building, and launching
- Lead analysis of contractual requirements, prepare cost and time estimates, and identify associated risks and opportunities
- Manage the Program Master Schedule and Budgets, ensuring performance aligns with contract milestones
Required qualifications
- BS or MS degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing complex programs in the aerospace or related industry
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Strong technical expertise in spacecraft design and manufacturing
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and MS Project
