Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
To support teams focused on Technical Operations and Site Reliability Engineering, the contract Technical Program Manager will manage multiple initiatives, ensuring effective Agile processes, prioritizing work, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable tasks, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of initiatives aligned with product roadmaps and quarterly commitments
- Track committed work through completion and manage scope changes, risks, and dependencies
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in technical program management or related roles
- Strong experience managing quarterly commitments, delivery timelines, and risks
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and Product Owner
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and its automation functionalities
- Experience in IT infrastructure, Technical Operations, or SRE environments
