Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple global projects, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of development programs, ensuring clear requirements and solutions are defined, developed, and integrated across product groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage resources for global projects from initiation through delivery and sustainment
• Lead Engineering Teams and/or a Release Train to ensure alignment with business operating processes
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for complex programs, including risk management and program lifecycle oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience
• Experience in product development or business analysis with cross-functional exposure
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and SAFe development framework
• Experience working in a global organization across time zones
• Ability to manage a portfolio of related programs or large, complex programs
