Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving execution across critical consumer-facing programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage initiatives related to Cancellations, Reservations, and Services while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own program execution for Cancellations, Reservations, and Services initiatives, tracking milestones and managing risks across Web, iOS, and Android teams
- Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to align roadmaps and ensure visibility of cross-team dependencies
- Run regular program cadences to keep progress visible and escalate issues as needed
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience with a proven track record in cross-functional software programs
- Experience working on consumer-facing product surfaces, particularly in reservations and customer service tooling
- Strong understanding of technical systems, including frontend/backend integrations and multi-platform delivery
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead through influence
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing complex technical work effectively
