Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration, the full-time salaried Technical Program Manager II will manage infrastructure projects focusing on capacity management and efficiency while leveraging cloud platforms and AI tools to enhance program operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and track infrastructure program components, ensuring timely execution and coordination among engineering teams
• Utilize cloud platforms to analyze usage data and implement strategies for capacity management and waste reduction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present project statuses and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of program or project management experience in infrastructure, platform, or cloud environments
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, including compute and storage concepts
• Experience with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them in program operations
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple moving parts of a program
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
