Job Summary
Driving the execution of complex cross-functional programs, the full-time Principal Technical Program Manager will oversee the product development lifecycle for AI-powered security solutions, collaborating with engineering leadership in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, managing dependencies across hardware, embedded software, cloud, and mobile teams
- Translate business strategy into actionable technical milestones and execution plans in collaboration with engineering and product management
- Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership within a product development environment
- Proven track record in Physical Security, IoT, Embedded Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI/Video Analytics
- Experience working directly with executive-level leadership to align engineering output with business goals
- Expert-level knowledge of SDLC and hardware development cycles
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
