Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the launch of new AI-native products, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage the execution portfolio from discovery to general availability, collaborating across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution portfolio for emerging products, coordinating across multiple engineering pods and cross-functional workstreams
- Partner with technical leaders to break down complex challenges into clear milestones and execution plans
- Design and implement the operating model for fast-moving programs, establishing readiness criteria and proactive risk management
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record in strategic, cross-pillar programs
- Experience taking a new product from zero to launch in an incubation or emerging-technology environment
- Strong technical foundation with experience in AI or developer platform products preferred
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Linear, Jira, and Confluence
