Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing project delivery in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee platform stability, reliability, and automation while coordinating cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and apply site reliability engineering best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project plan and delivery cadence across multiple phases, coordinating a distributed delivery team
• Manage stakeholder groups and governance processes, including scope control, risk management, and resource allocation
• Deliver regular updates and reports to leadership, tracking budget consumption and project milestones

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery with an emphasis on maintaining integrated project plans and governance documentation
• Strong cross-functional and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Demonstrated technology delivery experience, including Agile methodologies and ERP integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure DevOps
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or life sciences is strongly preferred
