Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a comprehensive Anti-Fraud Program, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives, coordinate fraud investigations, and report on fraud KPIs in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the cross-functional Anti-Fraud Program, including governance and decision rights
• Manage detection and response strategies for various types of fraud targeting both products and internal assets
• Run incident-response processes and serve as a liaison for law enforcement on fraud-related matters

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fraud management, financial crime, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or payments environment with a strong understanding of payment-fraud mechanics
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across various departments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into executive-level reporting
• Sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters
