Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Technical Program Manager will manage critical initiatives, establish engineering operating cadences, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance decision-making processes across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and facilitate monthly operating reviews and planning cycles to maintain visibility into engineering initiatives
• Design and manage the intake process for engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals and success metrics
• Drive standardization and reduce duplication across engineering teams by defining shared templates and operating norms

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional programs from concept through execution
• Technical fluency with modern operations tools such as Jira, Coda, and Slack
• Experience building frameworks or governance models that are utilized beyond their original scope
• Background in working with engineering organizations, ideally in an operations capacity
• Data-comfortable with proactive communication skills tailored for different audiences
