Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage milestone deliverables, dependencies, and implementation timelines while serving as the primary client contact in a remote capacity based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integration project plan, tracking milestone deliverables and implementation timelines for enterprise clients
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, proactively communicating and surfacing risks early
• Establish RACI and manage structured communication across teams to ensure accountability and project health reporting

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, particularly with large enterprise clients
• Direct experience with structured governance and milestone-based reporting in project management
• Background in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally within a B2B SaaS context
• Ability to engage as a thought partner with Engineering and Product teams on technical dependencies
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-stakes client engagements simultaneously
