Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the integrated delivery plan for a complex data and AI transformation program, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a single authoritative integrated delivery plan, managing sequencing, dependencies, and milestone readiness
- Oversee end-to-end readiness for data product delivery, including design, build, and production release
- Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day execution, ensuring deliverables meet contractual commitments and quality standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex technology programs
- 5+ years leading enterprise data/platform transformation programs with multiple technical teams
- Strong background in consulting or professional services delivery under tight timelines and budgets
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Proven vendor management experience in multi-vendor environments, including offshore/nearshore models
