Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of complex identity and credentialing software solutions, serving as the primary contact for strategic customer programs while managing relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs, building relationships with stakeholders and understanding customer objectives
- Translate customer and policy requirements into executable technical delivery plans, partnering with engineering and product teams
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and delivering clear communication in high-stakes environments
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years in Technical Program Management or systems-focused customer success roles
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
- Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience interpreting contracts, SOWs, or technical requirements independently
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills
