Job Summary
Leading strategic customer program delivery, the full-time Director-level Technical Program Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle for Tier-1 CSP accounts, ensuring on-time execution and customer success through cross-functional collaboration and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle delivery of flagship server, storage, and GPU programs for key CSP customers
- Drive project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
- Establish program governance and optimize PMO processes to meet project milestones and customer requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in compute, storage, GPU, or cloud hardware within the data center/OEM/ODM industry
- Direct experience managing Tier 1 CSP or global OEM customer projects
