Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving a portfolio of Shopping catalog and indexing programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage engineering timelines and dependencies, facilitate team alignment, and utilize AI to enhance program execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of Shopping catalog and indexing programs, ensuring timelines and dependencies are on track
• Run daily team operations including standups, planning, and documentation to maintain alignment on priorities
• Build and maintain program dashboards and reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and decisions

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally in infrastructure or data-adjacent environments
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, streaming pipelines, and batch vs real-time processing
• Experience with data management, including building dashboards and tracking metrics
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk assessment, and data handling practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
