Driving program execution across a diverse Measurement portfolio, the remote contract Staff Technical Program Manager will prioritize and sequence work across experimentation, machine learning, and data infrastructure while ensuring efficient cross-team coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Own program execution across multiple interconnected measurement workstreams, establishing frameworks for prioritization and sequencing
- Drive the experimentation roadmap, focusing on platform stability, velocity improvements, and tooling for launches and scorecards
- Lead cost optimization and evaluation efforts for machine learning and generative AI systems, including data warehouse query optimization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of technical program management experience with high-visibility, multi-team portfolios
- Proven ability to build structure in ambiguous environments and prioritize competing initiatives effectively
- Strong technical judgment in experimentation platforms, ML systems, and data infrastructure
- Experience managing cross-organizational stakeholders without direct authority
- Able to operate independently and adapt quickly in a contract role
