Job Summary
To ensure efficient delivery of engineering workstreams, the full-time Technical Program Manager will coordinate across product, sales, and engineering teams while implementing spec-driven development processes, either remotely or in Grand Rapids, MI.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery outcomes for engineering workstreams, focusing on results rather than status updates
- Facilitate communication between product, sales, and engineering teams to prevent surprises
- Develop and implement processes for onboarding, release management, and incident response
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing technical programs in software/SaaS
- Direct experience working with engineers, beyond just using Jira
- Ability to assess technical risks by reading pull request descriptions
- Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
- Strong background in building effective processes that withstand real-world application
