Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of complex, high-value programs for major US utility customers, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage end-to-end program execution, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and drive change through technology adoption and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex enterprise programs, ensuring timely execution and adherence to scope and quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer program teams and executive sponsors, fostering trusted relationships at all levels
• Implement program governance, including status reporting and decision logs, while coordinating across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management with a focus on complex enterprise software, data, or infrastructure programs
• Proven customer-facing experience, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders and building lasting trust
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multi-stakeholder programs on time and to high standards
• Technical proficiency to engage with engineers on data pipelines, integrations, and cloud platforms; familiarity with Python or SQL is highly regarded
• Experience in utilities, energy, GIS, or LiDAR is a plus but not essential
