Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving New Product Introductions from concept to high volume manufacturing, the full-time remote Lead Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business development, R&D, engineering, operations, and manufacturing for Advanced Deposition Materials products.
Key responsibilities
- Manage New Product Introduction milestones, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business priorities
- Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks throughout development and execution phases
- Promote standardization of product development processes and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, materials science, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience with technical projects and a strong understanding of engineering workflows and manufacturing processes
- Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies or new product development in semiconductor fabrication
- Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans
