Job Summary

Key responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering leads to understand system architecture and technical constraints, creating actionable plans
- Own the planning and delivery of multi-team programs, focusing on scope, sequencing, dependencies, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early, ensuring smooth rollout of platform changes and operational handoff
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in technical program management or software/infrastructure engineering with a focus on cloud products
- Hands-on experience with production distributed systems and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with senior engineers regarding system reliability and performance
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs across multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong quantitative skills to analyze system data and inform program decisions
