Managing large complex projects within the healthcare insurance sector, the remote contract Technical Program Manager will serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects, ensuring deliverables are met and resources are managed effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules
- Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while adhering to approved hours and scope
- Mentor and provide feedback to team members to foster a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience managing projects within the healthcare insurance space
- Proven track record of working with VPs and above
- Familiarity with government contracts
