Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Providing overall technical leadership, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage production support for Data & Analytics and MFT platforms, ensuring effective incident management and collaboration with engineering teams, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Data Platforms, BI Platforms, Analytics, and MFT Applications
- Lead incident and problem management to minimize service disruptions and ensure timely resolutions
- Coordinate large-scale migration efforts and manage multiple outsourced service providers for production support
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering, application development, or production support
- At least 5 years of experience as a production support specialist
- Advanced working knowledge of data engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Data/BI/Analytic platforms such as Databricks, Kafka, or Tableau
