Job Summary

Collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams, the full-time Technical Program Manager will drive project milestones using Agile best practices while ensuring alignment across various business priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical programs and ensure alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business priorities
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and support timely project delivery
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and proactively identify and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of program management experience, focusing on software and/or hardware deployment initiatives
• Familiarity with common AI platforms and their application in program management
• Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams to support new product or service delivery
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, and cloud services such as SaaS or IaaS
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
