Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of advanced simulation technologies, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage multi-platform strategies, drive simulator architecture transformation, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the simulator multi-platform strategy, defining OKRs, KPIs, and success criteria
- Lead the transformation of simulator architecture into a scalable product, enhancing tools and processes for scenario creation
- Establish program communication structures to connect sprint-level work with executive reviews and optimize resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Two years of experience in large-scale project management with multiple stakeholders and complex team setups
- Experience with machine learning and software simulation tools
- Technical management experience in end-to-end autonomous driving algorithm development
- Familiarity with system engineering and test methodologies for autonomous driving applications
