Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading high-impact, cross-functional programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will translate business vision into structured technical initiatives, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to ensure alignment with company objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives tied directly to company OKRs
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined technical programs and actionable requirements for engineering teams
- Run Agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, managing dependencies and proactively identifying risks
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or an equivalent strategic technical role
- Deep working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand systems architecture, APIs, and technical dependencies
- Proven experience driving programs tied to OKRs and measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on experience using Jira and other project management tools to manage cross-functional delivery at scale
